This digital exhibition is a companion to the physical exhibition of “Step by Step: The March Towards Equal Employment Opportunity” –jointly developed by Princeton University Library and the Industrial Relations Section, which showcases anti-discrimination in the workplace efforts made by the U.S. federal government and state and local governments over the last 80 years, as well as those of labor unions, councils, and professional associations. The physical exhibition displays 19 items out of the 37 from this collection.
