  • Depiction: Two men in black coats at left (one carries a copy of Cobbett's Register), converse near a lower righte group of men holding gunpowder kegs. Some of the kegs are inscribed: 'Broad-bottom gunpowder, Catholic gunpowder, Coalition gun powder, New opposit.
  • Inscribed in plate: "The pillar of the Constitution // Come on, we'll reap the harvest which those rascals sow'd".
