- A catechism divided into five chapters, containing explanations of various aspects of faith and Christian doctrine, including the history of the Nicene Creed, the mysteries of the Holy Spirit, the creation of the angels, etc. (fols. 1r-22v). Translated into Spanish from K'eq'chi by Don Tomas Riveiro, as indicated by the inscription "Traduccion del español al quecchi por Don Tomas Riveiro Coban-República de Guatemala," on preliminary leaf. Also includes a sermon on fols. 23r-39v entitled "Sermon para el dia de San Juan Bautista, predicado el Año de 1798." The manuscript is undated. Foliation is written on both sides of the page and there are blank leaves in the middle and end, which are not foliated.
