Description: Musical notation in square notes on 5-line staff in red.
Decoration: Fol. 9v is a Crucifixion scene with a background of geometric pattern in gold, blue, and red. The miniature is water-damaged. Important divisions of the text have elaborate 4-line foliate initials in gold, red, blue, orange, and green, many with bar extensions and tendrils in the margins. Lesser divisions have 2- and 3-line foliate initials, and minor divisions have 1- or 2-line champide initials.

Modern binding. United States, 20th century. Conserved and bound by Scott Husby in the Princeton University Library in 1998. Alum-tawed pigskin over pasteboard; sewn on 5 cords. Multi-colored endbands.
