- Title in translation: Important slides for education board game.
- This sugoroku, which was likely illustrated by Hiroshige III (1842-1894), depicts the moralistic educational ideals espoused by the Meiji government, as explained by their representative and the man commissioned by the government to create the slides, Tsurubuchi Hatsuzō, who stands at the podium. The goal (agari) depicts the various careers that children could look forward to at the time, depending on their path through life and through the game. This is a "jumping sugororu" because the players would jump to different places on the board, depending on the dice, and it is called furiwake because their are different possible paths. Above Tsurubuchi's head are four important educational texts of the time, including his Shōgaku kyōiku gentō zukai (Illustrated educational slides for elementary students).
