- Princeton copy 1: Volumes housed in original wooden bookcase (measuring 16 x 9 x 6 cm.) with a fretted top, front a sliding-panel with glazed pictorial design depicting a two-shelf bookcase above two vignettes of children reading; case has 2 shelves and 4 compartments, and is lined with pink paper.
