The original document is a scroll in fair condition that has been taped together in many places. The taping obscures the legibility of the text in some places. There is a significant amount of tearing and damage to the paper, which also impairs the legibility of the text in some places. There is also some smudging of the ink in some places. A portion of the text on the top left has been torn away, but otherwise the document appears to be complete. Rubrications are present.
