The Epigrammes, part of the Kings Entertainment, A Panegyre, A Particvlar Entertainment of the Queene and Prince, and Masques also have titles, but without name of printer or publisher. The titles of Every man ovt of His Humovr and Cynthias revels are enclosed within ornamental borders of the same design.
