- Physical description: 15 lines per page. Written in medium small naskh in black ink with use of red. European cream paper, with watermark; glossy; frame-ruled. Catchword on the verso of each leaf. Last fol. (fol. 30 in the modern foliation, is a added blank leaf). Modern foliation in pencil using Western numerals (omits the first fol.).
- Origin: According to colophon, copied by Muḥammad Ḥusayn (or Ḥasan) Ibn Muḥammad Jaʻfar ...?, on 5 Ṣafar 1253 [May 11, 1837] (fol. 29b).
